CFM Recovery Circuit (Recommended)

We suggest 3 rounds of our recovery circuit for optimal results:

  1. 5 minutes Infrared Sauna

  2. Cold shower rinse

  3. 3 minutes Ice Bath

  4. 3 minutes Hot Tub

This contrast therapy approach helps improve circulation, reduce soreness, and accelerate recovery.
